Bloody Marys

Bloody Marys

Source: Adapted considerably from Emeril's Bloody Mary Mix

Ingredients
3 C. tomato juice
3 T lemon juice
3 T lime juice
1 T Worcestershire Sauce, or to taste
1 large clove garlic
3/4 tsp hot sauce, or to taste
1-2 handfuls cilantro
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Pepper vodka (if using regular vodka, increase hot sauce to taste)

Preparation:
In a blender combine the tomato juice, lemon juice, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, hot sauce salt, pepper, and cilantro. Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled, at least 2 hours and up to overnight.

When ready to serve, fill each glass with ice.

Add 1-2 ounces of vodka to each glass, then fill the glass with the bloody mary mix.
